Exaspéré, Apple a donc déposé une plainte le 18 mars auprès d'un tribunal californien pour contrefaçon de marque et concurrence déloyale... La firme de Cupertino, qui a déposé la marque "App Store" depuis 2008, demande à la justice d'interdire à Amazon d'utiliser ce terme et réclame des dommages et intérêts.
