PSB Industries has achieved in 2010 a turnover of 228.55 million euros (+25.1% over the year and +23.3% at constant exchange rates). Operating profit reached 20.04 million, representing 8.8% of sales to go back to its pre-crisis levels. Over the period, the net investment have risen to 17.6 ME while the level of cash flow has reduced the net debt to 71.8 ME.
The net income after minority interests is established to 10.61 ME (4.54 M in 2009). There is strong growth of 133.4%.
The growth for fiscal 2011 is expected on a level "closer to 5% with a target operating margin in line with that of 2010. "
After two years of lower dividends in the context of economic crisis, the Board of Directors will propose to the General Meeting of 26 May 2011 a dividend of 1.45 euro per share, or nearly 6% yield over current of 24.5 euros. A down payment of 0.65 Euro per share already paid January 28, 2011 under the dividend. A remaining 0.8 Euro remains to be collected.
Turnover 1st quarter 2011 will be published April 12, 2011.
